Robert St. Peter, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Rob guides the overall corporate vision and strategy for the company and has been instrumental in charting and developing TPN’s expanding forensic claim analysis methodology. TPN has experienced tremendous growth and success under Rob’s leadership, while delivering actionable intelligence and evidence-based reports to help our clients resolve complex and costly medical claims efficiently and effectively.

Rob’s 30+ years of experience in claim reviews and analysis, in-depth understanding of the intersection of medical, legal and policy aspects of claims and his tenacity to produce positive outcomes for customers is the reason our customers continue to refer challenging and high exposure claims to TPN.

Rob is a thought leader on claims management and forensic review and analysis, and is often sought out to speak at leading industry conferences and trade shows, including International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU), Insurance Fraud Management, as well as Specific Training Seminars for CE credits required of licensed adjusters.

Insurers and corporations frequently request consultative services and training from Rob to help them streamline their claims management process, train claims representatives to identify cases that need forensic analysis early in the process, and improve executive management’s knowledge of key aspects of effectively resolving complex and high exposure medical claims.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.

As TPN’s COO, Stephanie is responsible for business operations, ensuring our services meet, and even exceed, our clients’ expectations. Stephanie oversees customer service, finance, operations, and HR functions, building a highly inclusive culture, ensuring team members thrive, organizational outcomes are met, and most importantly, continually improving our services and customer satisfaction ratings.
